RS 27:446 - Video draw poker employee permit; application A. A person desiring to obtain a video draw poker employee permit shall apply to the division for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit. B. The application for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit shall be in writing and on forms prescribed by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board. C. Each applicant for a video draw poker employee permit shall submit to the division any information and documentation required by the division. Acts 2003, No. 1268, §1; Acts 2012, No. 161, §4.
