RS 27:448 - Division; determination as to issuance or denial of employee permit; rules A. If the division determines that the applicant is suitable for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit as provided for in R.S. 27:447, then the division shall issue a video draw poker employee permit to the applicant. B. If the division determines that the applicant is not suitable for the issuance of a video draw poker employee permit, as provided for in R.S. 27:447, then the division shall deny the applicant and shall not issue the video draw poker employee permit. C. The Louisiana Gaming Control Board may adopt rules necessary for the implementation of the provisions of R.S. 27:445 through R.S. 27:450, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act and the provisions of R.S. 27:15(B)(8).
