RS 27:55 - Gaming Enforcement Division There is hereby created in the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of state police, gaming enforcement section, a division thereof entitled the Riverboat Gaming Enforcement Division, as defined in R.S. 27:44. The division shall have the powers, duties, and functions provided for in this Chapter. Acts 1991, No. 753, §1, eff. July 18, 1991. Redesignated from R.S. 4:515 by Acts 1996, 1st Ex.
