RS 28:183 - Furnishing weapons Any person who knowingly makes available any dangerous instrument or weapon to any client of any treatment facility shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, imprisoned for not more than two years, or both. Amended by Acts 2017, No. 369, §2.
