RS 28:203 - Standards of operation and maintenance; enforcement; entry and inspection The department shall adopt standards of operation and maintenance of behavioral health centers and facilities for persons with developmental disabilities and the secretary shall enforce such rules and regulations as provided in R.S. 40:2017.7. The department shall have the right to enter upon and inspect community behavioral health and developmental disabilities centers and assay the efficiency of their operations for the purpose of determining compliance with or violation of any of the standards.
