RS 28:22.6 - Payment for maintenance or treatment Persons or their responsible relatives who are able to pay all or a part of the cost of their maintenance or treatment or both at the units named in R.S. 28:22 through R.S. 28:22.5 shall reimburse the department to the extent of their ability to pay at rates to be fixed by the department.
