RS 28:453.4 - Prohibition of interference; penalties A residential facility as described in this Chapter shall cooperate with an ombudsman in the performance of his official duties and shall not interfere with, nor retaliate against, a person who has filed a complaint with an ombudsman. Anyone who knowingly or willfully violates the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
