RS 28:463 - Goals A. Louisiana shall adopt a policy which incorporates all of the components of a statewide system as provided in this Chapter. B. The department shall include in its annual application for federal funds assurances that the statewide system provided for in this Chapter meets federal requirements for such a system and a description of services to be provided in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter.
