RS 29:117 - Article 17. Jurisdiction of courts-martial in general Each component of the state military forces has court-martial jurisdiction over all persons subject to this code. The exercise of jurisdiction by one component over personnel of another component of the same state's military forces shall be in accordance with applicable regulations.
