RS 29:19 - Terms of enlistments; qualifications Enlistments in the active national guard shall be for the terms prescribed by the laws of the United States of America. Qualifications for enlistment shall be the same as prescribed for the active national guard by the laws and regulations of the armed forces of the United States. No enlisted man whose service has not been honest and faithful during his preceding term of enlistment shall be enlisted in the national guard. Acts 1974, No. 622, §1.
