RS 29:21 - Oath and contract of enlistment; penalty Every person who enlists or reenlists in the organized militia of this state shall take and sign the oath required by law and shall execute the contract of enlistment. The oath shall be taken and subscribed before an officer of the organized militia or before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths. Acts 1974, No. 622, §1.
