RS 29:237 - Article 137. Articles to be explained R.S. 29:2, 29:3, 29:7-29:15, 29:25, 29:27, 29:31, 29:37, 29:38, 29:55, 29:77 through 29:134, and 29:137 through 29:140 shall be carefully explained to every enlisted member at the time of his enlistment or transfer or induction into, or at the time of his order to duty in or with any of the state military forces or within thirty days thereafter. They shall be explained again at the time when he reenlists. A complete text of this code and of the regulations prescribed thereunder shall be made available to any member of the state military forces, upon his request, for his personal examination.
