RS 29:263 - Transfer of documents required by the Veterans Administration Whenever a copy of any document is required by the Veterans Administration to determine the eligibility of a person to participate in veterans' benefits administered by the Veterans Administration, the state official charged with the custody of any such document shall provide a certified copy thereof to the Department of Veterans Affairs upon its request, without any charge or cost whatsoever.
