RS 29:286 - Acceptance of benefits ratifies actions The procurement or the acceptance of any loan guaranty in whole or in part by the United States of America, or any instrumentality thereof, under the provisions of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944,1 and any amendments thereto, on the security of any property purchased or acquired by such a minor shall be deemed a ratification of the purchase or acquisition and shall be valid and binding on the minor as fully and to the same extent as if he had fully ratified the contract after attaining the age of majority or after being emancipated in accordance with law. 138 U.S.C.A. §1801 et seq.
