RS 29:287 - Limited construction R.S. 29:285 and 29:286 shall be construed solely as an enabling law for the purpose of permitting a minor eligible for benefits under the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 19441 to obtain these benefits and the effect of these Sections is specifically restricted to that purpose. 138 U.S.C.A. §1801 et seq.
