RS 29:29 - Trespass on military property; molesting, insulting, or abusing member of organized militia; penalty Any person who is found guilty of trespassing upon any military reservation, camp, or armory, or who unlawfully molests, insults, or abuses any member of the organized militia while in the performance of his duty or while in uniform during the time he is in the service of the state or of the United States of America, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
