RS 29:305 - Department of Veterans Affairs; availability of research findings The department shall make available upon request to Vietnam veterans and family members of Vietnam veterans the current research findings concerning exposure to chemical defoliants or herbicides or other causative agents, including Agent Orange used in the Vietnam conflict.
