RS 29:31 - Unauthorized military companies or organizations; parades; penalty A. No body of men, other than the organized militia of this state and the armed forces of the United States of America, students in military science courses at educational institutions, and persons honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States of America shall associate themselves together as a military company or organization. B. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both. Acts 1974, No. 622, §1; Acts 1992, No. 530, §1, eff.
