RS 29:34 - Expropriation of property for military purposes The governor may institute expropriation proceedings in the name of the state for lands or other property which, in the opinion of the governor and the adjutant general, are necessary for military purposes. The proceedings shall be in the manner and form provided by law in ordinary cases of expropriation. Acts 1974, No. 622, §1.
