RS 29:363 - Investment of funds by tutor or curator Any funds of the estate amounting to one hundred dollars or more in excess of three hundred dollars shall be invested in United States government bonds or securities, the principal and interest of which are guaranteed by the United States of America, bonds of the state of Louisiana or its municipalities, the principal and interest of which must be guaranteed by the state or its subdivisions, or in any other security approved by the court after having been recommended by the veterans administration.
