RS 29:37 - Segregation and use of revenue All revenues derived from any property presently owned or subsequently acquired by the military department of the state of Louisiana shall be segregated and kept by the state treasurer in a special fund which shall be used by the military department for the repair and maintenance of properties of the military department of the state of Louisiana.
