RS 29:39 - Organization, discipline and government All matters relating to the organization, discipline and government of the militia not otherwise provided for by laws of this state or of the United States, or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, shall be decided by the customs, regulations, and usage of the army and air force of the United States.
