RS 29:408 - Patient's Compensation Fund The Patient's Compensation Fund Oversight Board is authorized to waive or reduce the surcharges owed by an employee covered by this Part which are applicable to his period of service in the uniformed services, provided all such waivers or reductions are uniformly applied.
