RS 29:435 - Presence in cemetery prohibited after seven P.M.; penalties Any person intentionally present in the Camp Moore Confederate Cemetery between the hours of seven o'clock in the evening and five o'clock in the morning, shall by reason of such presence be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of violating this Section shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for thirty days, or by both said fine and imprisonment.
