RS 29:653 - Code of Governmental Ethics; applicability All officers, directors and employees of the civil air patrol who are also elected officials of the state of Louisiana shall be subject to the provisions of the Code of Governmental Ethics with reference to actions taken in their capacities as such officers, directors, or employees of the civil air patrol. All other officers, directors, and employees of the air patrol shall be subject to the provisions of the Code of Governmental Ethics to the same extent as any state employees.
