RS 29:725.1 - Legal representative of office; state attorney general The attorney general shall be the legal advisor to the Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and, except as otherwise provided by law, shall counsel and advise the office and shall represent it in any and all matters when called upon to do so.
