RS 3:1022 - Assent to federal grants to state The State of Louisiana, in accordance with Section 2, of an Act of Congress, approved March 16, 1906, entitled, 'An Act to provide for an increased annual appropriation for agricultural experiment stations and regulating the expenditure thereof,' and in accordance with Section 2, of an Act of Congress, approved February 24, 1925, entitled, 'An Act to authorize the more complete endowment of Agricultural Experiment Stations, and for other purposes,' does hereby accept the grants of money for the purposes set out in the above recited Acts of Congress.
