RS 3:1143 - Farms to promote scientific knowledge of agriculture The parish experimental farms provided for by this Part are established for the purpose of demonstrating the possibilities of the soil in the respective parishes, and in every way to disseminate a scientific knowledge of agriculture. In consequence, the work and results obtained on the parish experimental farms shall be open to the inspection and study of the public at stated times.
