RS 3:1144 - Exhibits at state fair With a view of stimulating a friendly rivalry as to the most successful results obtained upon parish experimental farms, a selection of the best results of each year's work upon the farms may be assembled and exhibited annually at the state fair in the building owned and set apart by the state as an agricultural hall at the state fair of Louisiana.
