RS 3:1219 - Saving provision Nothing contained in R.S. 3:1204 and R.S. 3:1207 shall be interpreted to reduce or limit any authorization granted in any act of the legislature of this state to any agency of the government of this state or to any parish, municipality, special-purpose district or other local governmental subdivision of this state, or to any research or educational institution supported wholly or in part with public funds and operating in this state.
