RS 3:139 - Conflicting laws not to apply Any provisions of law which are in conflict with this Part, shall be construed as not applying to the association herein provided for. Any exemptions under any and all existing laws, referring to taxes or otherwise, applying to agricultural products in the possession or under control of the individual producer, shall apply similarly to products delivered by its farmer members which are in the possession or under control of the association.
