RS 3:140 - Limitation of use of term 'co-operative' No person, firm, corporation or association, organized or doing business in this state, shall use the word 'co-operative' as part of its corporate or other business name or title for producers' co-operative marketing activities, unless it has complied with the provisions of this Part.
