RS 3:1430.10 - Violations The following actions are prohibited: (1) The sale, offering for sale, or distribution of materials which are not registered with the commissioner. (2) The sale, offering for sale, or distribution of materials which do not meet the standards set forth in R.S. 3:1430.8. (3) The sale, offering for sale, or distribution of agricultural materials in packages which contain less material than the net weight listed on the package. (4) The sale, offering for sale, or distribution of bulk materials which contain less material than the net weight listed on the invoice. (5) The making of false or misleading claims concerning any material on the label of the material, orally, on any printed matter, or through any medium. (6) Any action which violates any provisions of this Subpart or any provision of the rules and regulations adopted under the provisions of this Subpart. Acts 2010, No. 579, §1.
