RS 3:1430.4 - Administration A. The commission shall administer and enforce the provisions of this Subpart. B. The commissioner shall employ such personnel as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Subpart. C. The commission may adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Subpart. All rules and regulations adopted under the provisions of this Subpart shall be adopted in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act. Acts 2010, No. 579, §1.
