RS 3:1733 - Fee for shipment of sweet potatoes; amount For the purposes of Parts III and III-A of this Chapter, the commissioner may charge a fee of not more than six cents per bushel on every bushel of sweet potatoes moved or shipped within or out of the state and a fee of not more than ten cents per thousand on all vines, plants, and slips moved or shipped within or out of the state. The fees shall be established by rule adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Acts 2013, No. 332, §1, eff. June 17, 2013.
