RS 3:1773 - Duty to prosecute violators The Attorney General and district attorneys, whenever called upon to do so by the commissioner or entomologist or upon judicial affidavit of any responsible citizen and presented with evidence of a violation of this Part, shall prosecute the person, firm, or corporation charged with a violation hereof.
