RS 3:2011 - Persons conducting sales of livestock exempt from usual requirements The director of the experiment stations of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College may authorize any suitable person to conduct sales of improved breeds of livestock for the purpose set out in R.S. 3:2041, and the person authorized to conduct such sales shall be exempt from the requirements as to oath, bond, and from other regulations prescribed for licensed auctioneers.
