RS 3:213 - Terms defined In this Chapter whenever the word 'corporation' is used, 'agricultural credit corporation' as organized under this Chapter is meant; and whenever the words 'borrower' or 'member' are used, they shall include persons, co-partnerships, or corporations owning stock in the corporation.
