RS 3:214 - Construction of conflicting laws Provisions of law, which are in conflict with this Chapter shall be construed as not applying to any corporation created hereunder nor to the rights, powers, privileges, and immunities granted herein to corporations nor to the manner in which the corporations are authorized to make and secure loans.
