RS 3:2226 - Branding cattle affected with Brucellosis disease Any person owning or having charge of any cattle affected with Brucellosis disease, as determined by official tests made by an employee or authorized agent of the Louisiana Board of Animal Health, shall on notification by the Louisiana Board of Animal Health present and restrain the cattle for identification and branding by an employee or authorized agent of the Louisiana Board of Animal Health.
