RS 3:2262 - Cooperation with federal agencies; expenditure of funds Authority is hereby delegated to the Louisiana Board of Animal Health to cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture, APHIS Veterinary Services, in a tuberculosis control and eradication program for livestock; and the Louisiana Board of Animal Health is authorized to expend funds for the operation of the state-federal cooperative tuberculosis control and eradication program for livestock, including indemnity payments when funds permit, for animals slaughtered under the program.
