RS 3:2266 - Indemnity The Louisiana Board of Animal Health is authorized to cooperate with the United States Department of Agriculture, APHIS Veterinary Services, in the payment of indemnity, when funds permit, to owners of livestock that react to the official tuberculosis test as well as on those animals exposed to disease in a heavily infected herd.
