RS 3:2303 - Administration and enforcement, rules and regulations The commissioner of agriculture, or the state entomologist as his designee, shall administer and enforce this Part. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations setting forth the requirements for apiaries and other persons interested in apiary industry in this state. All rules and regulations shall be adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Amended by Acts 1984, No. 529, §1.
