RS 3:2474 - Confirmation of sterilization The releasing agency shall consider the animal sterilized upon receipt of written confirmation signed by the Louisiana licensed veterinarian who performed the sterilization. Acts 1990, No. 567, §1, eff. July 19, 1990.
