RS 3:2575 - Impounded animals, release of prohibited; penalty No person shall by force, threats, or fraud release any animal impounded under the provisions of R.S. 3:2572. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars, or imprisoned not more than sixty days, or both.
