RS 3:2807 - Penalties Any person convicted of violating the provisions of R.S. 3:2803 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than fifty dollars for each offense. The auditor of the Department of Public Safety shall receive all of the fines imposed and collected for such violation. Added by Acts 1950, No. 443, §1. Amended by Acts 1954, No. 202, §1, eff.
