RS 3:3013 - Penalties Any person convicted of violating the provisions of R.S. 3:3003 shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars or imprisoned in the parish jail for not more than thirty days or both fined and imprisoned in the discretion of the court. Added by Acts 1958, No. 399, §1.
