RS 3:3113 - Administration and enforcement A. The provisions of this Part shall be administered by the commissioner of agriculture and forestry through the office of animal health and food safety. B. The commissioner shall adopt such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this Part or to administer the ratite program. C.
