RS 3:3206 - Cooperative agreements The commissioner may enter into any cooperative agreement with any person in order to further the intent and purposes of this Chapter. Each cooperative agreement shall be a public record and shall be subject to the provisions of R.S. 44:1 et seq. Added by Acts 1982, No. 198, §1, eff.
