RS 3:3208 - Physicians' reports Each physician who treats a medical complaint which the physician diagnoses as caused by pesticide poisoning shall provide notice of the poisoning to the commissioner. The notice shall be provided in accordance with rules adopted by the commissioner for that purpose. Acts 1985, No. 32, §1.
